We hope you love your handcrafted goodies from Calico & Socks! However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
What can be returned:
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items that are damaged or incorrect due to our fault can be returned at any time.
What cannot be returned:
- Opened or used items.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Items returned after 30 days of purchase.
- Items on sale or clearance.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please initiate your return by contacting us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Approval: We will review your request and send you a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for your own peace of mind.
Refunds:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement.
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to process exchanges directly. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) following the steps above and then place a new order for the desired item(s).
